Default New Hold Items for Black & White

All one-time items will disappear similar to a Focus Sash in the past generation

Absorb Bulb - boosts Special attack one-time when hit with a Water-type attack
Air Balloon - causes a pokémon to float in the air making the immune to Ground attacks and enter unscathed by Spikes or Toxic Spikes. It will break if the pokemon is hit by an attack and won’t work with Gravity if effect.
Binding Band - increases the power of binding moves such as Clamp, Sand Tomb, Fire Spin, Constrict, and Wrap from 1/16 to 1/8 of the target’s maximum HP.
Cell Battery - boosts Attack one-time when hit by an Electric-type attack
Eject Button - causes you to switch places, one time, with a team member when a pokemon holding this item is hit by an attack.
Eviolite - raises Defense and Special Defense one level (50%) of pokemon that aren't fully evolved
Float Stone - When held by a pokemon it will cut their weight in half causing them to take less damage from weight based moves such as Grass Knot and Low Kick.
Red Card - a one-time use item that will cause an opponent who hit you with a physical attack to switch out to a random team member.
Ring Target - allows you to hit pokemon that otherwise would be immune to that type of move. For instance, Ghost moves would inflict damage to Normal types and vice versa.
Rocky Helmet - When held by a pokemon it will damage the opponent 1/8 of their maximum HP every time it hits you with a physical attack.

Type Gem - When a pokemon holds these gems, moves of the corresponding gem get a one time 50% boost.

Aww, you forgot to mention Griseous Orb in your first post! It does the same thing for Giratina that Lustrous Orb and Adamant Orb does for Palkia and Dialga, but it also returns Giratina to its Origin Form. I always return to the Distortion World specifically for it. Though I'm not sure how much it matters, because I'm not sure how many people play Platinum like I do.

Also, a clarification is needed for the Ring Target, I think. It allows others to hit THE HOLDER of the RT with moves that would not normally work on it.
