Oh, that is just bad. I have a cousin that is that kind of aggressive in sports, and the saddest part is that they usually don't see fault in that behavior. If the world were a better place you'd have justice. But in the words of scar, "Life's not fare, is it?".
Listen, hope it heals well, and I'll be praying for you.

I'm happy to hear that you're doing better! I'm sorry that the other person is so insincere, but that is the nature of life at times. I hope that you continue to make great progress! ^_^

You have my prayers. I'm an athlete as well and understand what it means to be at the expense of a sore loser, and I can level with the fact that it isn't always fair. But, if anything, it reaffirmed my character and spurred me to maintain and work upon my integrity even further. The best of wishes, and have a speedy recovery.

Thanks again everyone. After a long debate with my doctor, I have been allowed to wear a bandage support around the injured knee to maintain it when I'm out and about. It keeps clicking and sometimes makes me fall. My bandage, although not stopping that, means when I fall, my leg stays a little straighter and it also makes walking easier still. Overall the recovery is good, I can walk further now, taking it day by day. Still a very long way to go, but I'm feeling okay time for some writing to take my mind off my exams. I've been revising hard since finishing an exam this morning, so it's chill time!

It's great to hear that you're doing better! You just have to build on the progress that you've made and one day this will just be a bump in the road. Keep us posted!
