I had an idea to offer incentives for people to come and challenge me with only UU/NU pokemon, not only to challenge themselves but also to give me ideas for future team-mates. Whether or not that goes ahead, I'm not sure. Incentives would probably be some of my chained shiny pokemon - I have a small collection and it occasionally grows.

As Revelp put it, not everyone is at the same skill level. So I'm here to help them improve their confidence and strategy.

If enough people beat me, I'm worried that I'll run out of shiny/event pokemon to give them - I'm only successful sometimes when I'm chaining and I honestly never know when/if I'll catch my next shiny.
That's the main problem I have with the idea. I was thinking a weekly or fortnightly draw would be good. Still working out the kinks there but I'll post a thread when/if I decide to go ahead with the prize draw idea.

Arthos is now trained and ready to battle. Currently training a pokemon that is as-yet unnamed.

Well the Nameless Wonder does have a name now, the name is Nutella

I have all of my original team members named. Their names are:

Arthos
Porthos
Aramis
Nutella
Enjolras and
Narcolepsy

I am currently EV training Enjolras. Porthos is EV trained but he does not have his moveset up to scratch yet. But I have 6 hours to kill on a bus on Wednesday, so he'll be ready for you!

What's wrong with it?

The point of the gym is that it is a good place for people new to battling to start. You don't need a perfect team of IV bread OUs to beat it (which not everyone has).
