How to obtain: Pal Park from Fire Red or Leaf Green, found inside Cerulean Cave after defeating the Elite Four and becoming the Champion. Found at level 70.

Is it a hack? A legitimate Mewtwo will come from Kanto, arriving at a level equal or higher than 70.
