With a 150 Special Attack stat, it is an easy decision to exploit its largest strength! It also has been given the best special attack move set of any Uber pokemon. 252 special attack EV is obvious, but others really depend on preference. Its not going to be faster than any 100 base speed pokemon, so defense or HP is really a good choice too. Flash Cannon and Dragon Pulse are definite moves if its carrying Adamant Orb, otherwise pick your favorite four and roll with it! Fighting and Ground attacks are super effective against Dialga, so watch out for close combat and earthquake users.

Even though its special attack is a lot higher, Dialga can be effective physically too. Physical attack set has a lot of counter moves against typical Uber match-ups.

Lots of defense here. Leftovers item is a must. Physical attacks to make use of stats increase. Its a wall for people who like attacking with their walls.

Nature: Brave/Quiet...or happily eats anything is good too

Not one of my favorite options but a lot of people prefer this build. Designed to hit anything hard. Lots of attack options!
