Empoleon would outspeed you and use Surf for a likely OHKO, I'd imagine.

DD as you Agility. Even sponges Torrent and Petaya boosted Surfs, or Ice Beam. EQ slams no HP/Def Empy. Can roost off any damage taken for next opponent.

I would like to believe I would be immune to most of your attacks. Sludge bomb for super effective Stab. If I can make it through with full health, I believe with the focus sash (if allowed) would be able to keep most psychic attacks as their own counter...I think. Again, my apologies if incorrect.

This can switch into any of Tentacruel's attacks, set up a sub (only a small chance of breaking to Sludge Bomb), then get a Dragon Dance up. Bounce 2HKOs.
