I just got this Eevee and I am only halfway done with my IV breeding with it.

3 / 31 / 30 / 25 / 28 / 20

That Eevee was all RNG, because the 31 and 30 IVs were not on any parent. This was just breeding for Nature he-he. Be a nice Flareon or Leafeon.

Very nice sets and not too far apart in the breeding which is always a nice surprise. I hate it when you get great stats and the big goose egg for one stat, especially when its in Speed...thats normally the one stat I really hate goose eggs in.
