Let's Have Some Fungi: Foongus

You may remember Foongus from Pokémon Black and White as the annoying pokémon that appeared when you excitedly thought you found a pokéball just sitting the on the grass. Well they can be just as annoying on the battlefield. Its evolution Amoonguss has a great HP and decent defenses to go with its Poison/Grass typing to enable it to switch in a sponge many types of attacks most notably Water and Fighting. I have bred these with a Bold (-Attack, + Defense) nature to make them more physically bulky and coincide with their abilities.
Foongus' hidden ability is Regenerator. Regenerator recovers 1/3 of its maximum HP whenever it switches out enabling it to switch-in and absorb a couple attacks, do something annoying and leave with enough HP to come back and cause more trouble. Effect Spore gives you a 10% chance to pass on a status condition, either Sleep, Paralysis or Poisoning, when an opponent makes physical contact with it. This can be most useful in Doubles battles where there is less switching and it can use its level-up move Rage Powder. Rage Powder makes an opponent attack only Foongus/Amonguss and frees your teammate to set-up and/or sweep.

These Foongi come with the following moves:

Giga Drain - Grass (STAB)- Power 75, Accuracy 100 - Half the damage given will be absorbed into the user's HP.
Clear Smog - Poison (STAB)- Power 50, Accuracy Can't Miss - A handy little Poison move that erases all stat changes. preventing an opponent from setting up on you.
Spore - Grass - Accuracy 100 - By far the best Sleep move in the game
Stun Spore - Grass - Accuracy 75 - Great against Insomniacs, Sleep Talkers or just to keep being annoying if the Sleep Clause is in effect

Other great TM/level-up moves for this little guy include Sludge Bomb, Toxic and Synthesis making it very hard on Fairy types that don't have that second Steel typing.

These all have IVs of 31/X/31/31/31/31.
