Default Inheriting TM Moves Across Generations?

Can you transfer a TM Move from a Pokemon to its offspring if the parent is now in a generation where that Move is no longer a TM?

I want a Chimchar with Stealth Rocks, but Stealth Rocks is only a TM in Gen IV. If I obtained said Chimchar and transferred it to a Gen V game, would breeding it result in offspring that also know Stealth Rocks?

EDIT: Just found out I missed that Stealth Rock is move-tutorable in Gen V, but my question still stands for future reference of similar situations.

Move Tutor and TMs/HMs are not passed during breeding this Gen. Unless the move is also a level up, both parents need to know the move, or an Egg Move.
