Now I believe I have Eukoala completely fixed and looking pretty.

Now with Gen VI Eukoala lost 4 TMs in Secret Power, Endure, Captivate, and Natural Gift.

I am not sure if we could put that into a Transfer Only section, but since this Pokémon never existed I am just thinking we could maybe make them an odd Egg Move or something.

Anyway to update Eukoala he would need a Hidden Ability. I think maybe join his Skiddo/Gogoat Normal/Grass brother, thank you GameFreak but our Koala was cooler, and have as a Hidden Ability Grass Pelt. Grass Pelt - Boosts the Defense stat when the terrain is grass.

Which then maybe add in some new moves, TMs, and Egg Moves for Eukoala, Maybe 1 or 2 new Level Up and 1-3 TMsHMs, and 1 or 2 Egg Moves.

I could see Grassy Terrain being a Level Up and maybe Petal Blizzard being an Egg Move. You know when you sit around eating Eucalyptus leaves all day, you may just go into a frenzy and attack everything around you.

Flower Shield is a Fairy type move, but the user raises the Defense stat of all Grass-type Pokémon in battle with a mysterious power.

Forest's Curse - The user puts a forest curse on the target. Afflicted targets are now Grass type as well.

Grassy Terrain - The user turns the ground under everyone's feet to grass for five turns. This restores the HP of Pokémon on the ground a little every turn.

Petal Blizzard - The user stirs up a violent petal blizzard and attacks everything around it.

Rototiller - Tilling the soil, the user makes it easier for plants to grow. This raises the Attack and Sp. Atk stats of Grass-type Pokémon.

Oh and if we can discuss the Eucalypt Leaf, if we keep that idea, please only let it boost Eukoala's Defense by like 1 stage, maybe 50%. I know Soul Dew increases latios and Latias' SP.ATK and SP.DEF by 50% and it is usually Banned by everything.

I think 1 stage might be worth using and still not overpowering, 50% on a base 120 gives a beneficial Nature, 31 IV, 252 EV'd Eukoala 283 DEF at level 50.

The Base Stat Ratings calculated for Eukoala.

Also I will compare Eukoala to Jaundril. Eukoala's ratings in GREEN and Juandril's in BLUE.

    Ratings:
    • BSR - Base State Rating
      • 286.061 - Good
      • 313.257 - Very Good

    • PT - Physical Tankiness
      • 195.041 - Excellent
      • 207.244 - Fantastic

    • ST - Special Tankiness
      • 193.646 - Excellent
      • 205.104 - Fantastic

    • PS - Physical Sweepiness
      • 72.9422 - Poor
      • 91.4038 - Below Average

    • SS - Special Sweepiness

      • 70.17 - Poor
      • 70.17 - Poor

    • SF - Speed Factor
      • 274
      • 274

As you can see Jaundril edges out Eukoala, but Eukoala still looks like a premier wall.

Wondering how Eukoala looks when compared to GameFreak's Normal/Grass Type? And I totally just realized that the comment I made about GameFreak adding a Normal/Grass type in Gogoat was wrong. Deerling/Sawsbuck is the Normal/Grass type, I still believe Eukoala was created before Deerling/Sawsbuck though, so my point is still valid on that.

I just mixed up the names when looking over Pokémon. Inverted them, my bad.

    Sawsbuck's Ratings:
    • BSR - Base State Rating
      • 247.795 - Above Average

    • PT - Physical Tankiness
      • 106.958 - Above Average

    • ST - Special Tankiness
      • 108.085 - Above Average

    • PS - Physical Sweepiness
      • 157.691 - Very Good

    • SS - Special Sweepiness

      • 100.662 - Above Average

    • SF - Speed Factor
      • 542

So Speed is no question a factor here. You want an attacker go with Sawsbuck, however I think Eukoala's bulk would make him a decent attacker as well.
