According to Nintendo Life, we can get a Celebi with an event only move called Hold Back. also you get it after downloading and using pokemon bank by selecting pokemon link. it will deposit Celebi into the box. Does this mean you can't reset for your desired nature ? hmm..

I still have a TRU Arceus left, at the time I only had one. (I had one that I didn't pick up at the mart because I forgot about it )

@razorbeam Probably no SRing :/ Much like the wishmaker Jirachis or dream radar Pokémon. Although Nintendo might lock a couple 31s on it like they did on the in game legends or the shiny genesect and mewtwo Japanese events in BW2...

Concerning the Celebi; it's tied to your Pokebank account, thus you may only obtain 1 per 3ds console (or 2ds).

It is currently unknown whether or not reformatting your system would let you attain a second, third, etc...

Apparently it comes at level 10.

So I'm guessing it will be impossible to get Shiny (lack of being able to SR it means it's probably locked in)

I doubt it will work like Pokemon Dream Radar, although if it did, only a spare SD card would be necessary - my sister was able to get spare Gen V legendary pokemon and Therian djinns by changing SD cards and redownloading the software.

I was just referring to how you couldn't reset for natures or IVs.

She couldn't reset for natures or IVs, true (actually I'm pretty sure my sister doesn't care about natures or IVs and thus would not have, even if it was possible), just spare legendaries, to see if she could.

    Image Name Description - HG/SS
Fast Ball A Poké Ball that makes it easier to catch fast Pokémon.
Friend Ball A Poké Ball that makes caught Pokémon more friendly.
Heavy Ball A Poké Ball for catching very heavy Pokémon.
Level Ball A Poké Ball for catching Pokémon that are a lower level than your own.
Love Ball Poké Ball for catching Pokémon that are the opposite gender of your Pokémon.
Lure Ball A Poké Ball for catching Pokémon hooked by a Rod when fishing.
Moon Ball A Poké Ball for catching Pokémon that evolve using the Moon Stone.
Safari Ball A special Poké Ball that is used only in the Great Marsh. It is decorated in a camouflage pattern.
Sport Ball A special Poké Ball for the Bug-Catching Contest.
    B/W/B2/W2
Dream Ball A special Poké Ball that appears out of nowhere in a bag at the Entree Forest. It can catch any Pokémon.

Just thinking with the PokéBalls from HG/SS and the Dream Balls from B/W/B2/W2, best use of them would be for Pokémon getting mega forms.

    From the list above.
Abra - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Gastly - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Kangaskhan - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Pinsir - Sport Ball and Dream Ball.
Magikarp - Every ball except Sport Ball.
    Aerodactyl - Dream Ball.
Mewtwo - Every ball except Sport Ball and Dream Ball.
Mareep - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Scyther - Sport Ball & Dream Ball.
Heracross - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Houndour - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Larvitar - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Ralts - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Mawile - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Aron - Safari Ball and Dream Ball.
Meditite - Every ball except Sport Ball.
Electrike - Safari Ball and Dream Ball.
Shuppett - Safari Ball and Dream Ball.
Absol - Every ball except Sport Ball or Safari Ball.
Gible - Safari Ball and Dream Ball.
Riolu - Safari Ball and Dream Ball.
    Snover - Dream Ball.

I am pretty sure this is accurate.

Yup, looks accurate to me. Only thing I'd that park balls don't actually appear on the Pokémon. (When I mentioned then earlier I was talking about sport balls)

Oh I thought I saw a Park Ball on some of my R/S/E Pokémon. Could have been a Sport Ball or Fast Ball.

Parkballs are used in the Pal Park and are not kept when you catch a transferred Pokémon from Third Generation as they keep the ball they were originally caught in.
