O.k. enough Spongebob references. So I finished up another project. I have been trying to figure out a counter for an Aegislash and this is one of my test subjects. I have yet to get to use a Malamar in battle against an Aegislash, but the theory is when Aegislah uses King's Shield and Malamar attacks, King's Shield will block the damage and lower your attack by 2 stages. Since these Inkay will have the ability Contrary this -2 ATK will turn into a +2 ATK boost. A second feature to these Inkay is the move Topsy-Turvy. With Topsy-Turvy you can let Aegislash Swords Dance up, which normally most will try for atleast 2 boost while in defense forme. So now that you have a +4 ATK Aegislash waiting to attack. Since Malamar is fairly bulky and not afraid of no Ghost, ha movie reference, you can then use Topsy-Turvy and turn that +4 ATK into -4 ATK and completely cripple Aegislash.

The 3rd and final design with this Inkay is behind the Nature, Ability, and Superpower combo.

All the Inkay will have Careful Natures, which boost Special Defense while hindering Special Attack. With this extra growth in Special Defense you can then use the move Superpower, which normally would lower Attack and Defense by 1 stage, but thanks to Inkay's ability Contrary it will now boost your Attack and Defense 1 stage. So an Inkay EV'd in say HP and SP.DEF and then Superpower up in ATK and DEF becomes super bulky and hits hard.

The downside being that Malamar has a base Speed stat of 73, so eventually you will run out of time.

The trivia winner was predictions of doom.

I had 4 replies and 3 left out key pieces of the correct answer.

Although the internet gives the answer for his daily activity as,

• Bicycling.
• Buying canned bread.
• Dancing.
• Playing clarinet, with other squids.

Counting his first and last day, waking up and going to sleep is not a daily activity, since his first day there he did not wake up there and his last day there he would not have went to sleep there.

Also to buy his canned bread he had to visit a store, so the correct answer is,
