Thursday in Physics class I managed to hatch a shiny Eevee
Has a 31 IV in HP, Attack, and Def. Was trying to add S.Def to that, but I'm not passing up a chance to use one of my favorite shinies on my Wi-Fi team -- it's now a Shiny Umbreon named Gesshoku, Japanese for a Lunar Eclipse.

Anyone one else found anything with an extra sparkle to it?

Got a shiny Grumpig in a Friend Safari, and a friend got a Metang. Seems like everybody's getting them already this gen. I know one person with like five or six already, not even chained.

On another discussion site, I keep seeing people say that supposedly certain things raise your chances of finding shinies. Tipping, for one. Like a karma system or something, lol. Any merit to that idea?

I haven't found any solid evidence, but I believe a gaming magazine stated that tipping increased the the chances of finding "different pokemon." Interpret that as you wish.

I found a shiny Pansage on the first day, but I didn't realize it was and mistakenly fainted it xD
But I just caught a shiny red Clawitzer!

Adam watched the late re-airing of The Walking Dead last night, so I played for a little bit last night and fish-chained a shiny Poliwhirl (39 tries, apparently) and an Octillery (less than that; probably around 20).
