    Lightbulb Goodra

This very friendly Dragon-type Pokemon will hug its beloved Trainer, leaving that Trainer covered in sticky slime.

    Ability:
Sap Sipper: Attack is raised by one stage when the Pokémon is hit by a Grass-type move. User receives no damage from Grass-type attacks.
    Hydration:
All status problems: Burn, Paralysis, Sleep, Frozen and Poison, are healed when raining.

    Hidden Ability:

    Gooey:
Contact with the Pokémon lowers the attacker's Speed stat.

    Types:

It evolves from Sliggoo starting at level 50 when leveled up during rain in the overworld. Rain instigated by Rain Dance or Drizzle will not trigger this evolution.

    Base Stats:
    HP: 90
    Attack: 100
    Defense:70
    Special Attack: 110
    Special Defense: 150
    Speed: 80

    Total: 600

    Full Assualt Dragon
    Nature:
    Sassy
    Ability:Gooey / Sap Sipper
    Item: Assault Vest
    EVs:
    252 HP / 4 ATK / 252 SP.ATK
    Move-set:

    • Dragon Pulse / Dragon tail
    • Earthquake
    • Thunderbolt
    • Flamethrower

I am not much of a mixed attacker, but Goodra does have a decent move pool and the stats to spread both ways. With the ability Sap Sipper you can afford to ignore EVs in ATK and just switch in on say Spore or Sleep Powder or some other Grass attack. You can take from Goodra's speed with it's Nature and Gooey can slow opponents down for you, but it is not real effective against special attackers or anything too fast with EVs invested.

I myself think Goodra has a wide range of coverage moves, most pretty inaccurate. I did not add any Poison attacks, Sludge Wave or Sludge Bomb, because for the most part you should most likely try to avoid Dragon vs Fairy matchups.

    Specialist Dragon
    Nature:
    Modest
    Ability: Gooey
    Item: Assault Vest
    EVs:
    252 HP / 252 SP.ATK / 4 SP.DEF
    Move-set:

    • Dragon Pulse
    • Flamethrower / Fire Blast
    • Thunderbolt / Thunder
    • Sludge Wave

A very basic move-set. With the Assault Vest on your only option is to attack, but you get a nice boost to your SP.DEF. Dragon Pulse handles all your Dragon opponents, while Sludge Wave is there for your Fairy coverage. Flamethrower and Thunderbolt are there just as filler coverage for anything that Sludge Wave and Dragon Pulse cannot hit.

Goodra also has access to Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Thunder, and Blizzard, all very strong attacks, but less accurate and I am a firm believer in accuracy, but you can be the judge on your own risk versus reward. Ice Beam can be used as well if you want an Ice attack, but don't like the low accuracy of Blizzard. Muddy Water is also a Water a special attack, but low accuracy, for Goodra.

    Shuffler
    Nature:
    Adamant
    Ability: Gooey
    Item: Assault Vest
    EVs:
    252 HP / 4 ATK / 252 SP.DEF
    Move-set:

    • Dragon Tail
    • Earthquake
    • Rock Slide
    • Body Slam

Truthfully this is just my annoying set. It is mainly there for single battles and entry hazards. Body Slam is nice to attempt to paralyze while attacking and then Dragon Tail to repeat the process. Although any Fairy type stops this process. There is also Aqua Tail to add move coverage to this set or Return for a higher power attack.

Sap Sipper is a usable ability with this move-set, a free boost to ATK would help this set nicely.

    Default Gimmick Goodra

One more move-set that could be annoying.

    Gimmick Goodra
    Nature: Calm
    Ability: Hydration
    Item: Damp Rock
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SP.DEF / 4 SP.ATK
    Moveset:

    • Rain Dance
    • Infestation
    • Toxic
    • Rest

Pretty straight forward and simple, get in and use Infestation to trap and setup Toxic and then Rain Dance. Rest off any damage. Very gimmicky.
