Scraggy is a fifth generation fighting type with a dual Dark typing that makes it immune to Psychic attacks. Its shedding skin gives it bulk on the defenses, but holding up that skin slows it down. While it has trouble running it still can pull off some dance moves. These Scraggy have been carefully bred to learn a Dragon Dance that raises both its Speed and Attack, a Jolly nature (+Speed, -SpAttack) and all have a 31 IV in speed. While Scrafty has a middling base speed of 58, max out its Speed training and after one Dragon Dance it reaches the upper echelons of the speed ranks. At 354 it outpaces Thundurus and Tornadus by a point.

Along with Dragon Dance which raises both Attack and Speed one level (50%) these Scraggy have the following moves:

Hi Jump Kick - Fight STAB Power 130, Acc 90
A massively powerful attack with the STAB boost, but if it misses, Scraggy will take damage. Combine with Crunch that Scraggy learns at level 38 will assure at least neutral damage to almost all opponents.

Zen Headbutt - Psychic, Power 80, Acc 90
Scraggy/Scrafty has two weaknesses. One is Fighting attacks. After a Dragon Dance, it outspeeds every fighting type including Mienshao and Infernape. Zen Headbutt counters Fighting types and has an added bonus of a 20% chance of making the opponent flinch.

Ice Punch - Ice Power 75, Acc 100
Its other weakness is Flying attacks and Ice Punch counters Flying types and those pesky Dragons. It also has 10% chance to freeze the target.

Scraggy has two very useful abilities Moxie boosts its attack one level (50%) each time it knocks out an opponent allowing you to really get on a roll and sweep your opponent. These have Moxie ability:
