Modest could be used, as Espeon, Glaceon, Jolteon and possibly Sylveon (it looks like it'll be a special attacker to me) would all appreciate +SAtk.

O.K. coming very soon, Dream World Eevee. Since there is 7 Eevee forms right now and we know atleast 1 on the way, I figured we may start with an Eevee designed to evolve into Vaporeon.
Since really there are only 3 Eevee forms that actually use their Dream World ability, I thought I would start with them.
