I seem to recall that the only thing that happened was that the Prof changed his message to you to something like:
Wow! You've seen all the Pokémon! I feel honoured to know such a great trainer like you. Ect, ect.

I believe your trainer card changes color as well.

Really, it is a cool achievement, but it the game doesn't do much to reward you.

If your not busy training you should try. All I need to do is breed the ones from my older games to get their pre eveolved forms and Im done but Im so hyped up from finally learning how to EV train I cant find the time anymore. I will eventually.
