    Exclamation Region Spawn Info

The Meizou Region was once an island with a mild climate and diverse Pokemon life. It was rather modernized in its earlier days, evolving with bustling metropolitan centers and smaller, yet still busy, towns surrounding them.

Recently, however, the island has been split into halves. One half is stricken with constant light and heat while the other has plunged into darkness and frigid temperatures. Researchers believe the sudden climate change has occurred due to the reawakening of two legendary Pokemon who have control over the sun and the moon, respectively. The Pokemon are said to live in caves on opposite sides of the island that are surrounded by some of the harshest weather conditions known to man.

The Western Divide is the side controlled by the Pokemon of the moon. The land is snowy and icy, and as such, the Pokemon found there are more acclimated to the cold. Oppositely, the Eastern Divide is so sunny and hot that it is difficult for many people and Pokemon to stay outside for long periods of time. Humans have built a system of underground tunnels that stretch across the island to more comfortably traverse the island.

      • Vesta City

    Areas of interest

    • Chiron Forest
      • Chiron Forest is filled with large trees and plants that block out a lot of the sunlight, making it unnaturally dark and cool.

    • Dorado Woods
      • A forest that is infamously known for it's magnetic fields and constant rainfall. No magnetic based equipment can perform here, and the trees block out the sky, so travelers can lose their bearings. Electric Pokemon are attracted to the magnetic fields however. It must be traveled through to reach Dorado Village.

    • Horizon Plateau
      • A huge plateau near Horizon City, where many rare Pokemon can be caught. The plateau has isolated these Pokemon from the rest of the region, so it a hot spot for those who wish to fill their PokéBalls or PokéDex.

    • Kaldur Cavern
      • A partially-underwater cave that has many underwater passages and caves where Ice and Water Pokémon dwell. In the insides and perimeter of the cave, the ground is almost completely frozen and full of glaciers, so to get into this cave you'll need some way to maintain traction. The nearby city's Legends tell of a crystalline beast that dwells deep in the cave; however, it will only appear to one who shows their worth- and has the necessary keys.

    • Meteo Mountain
      • Meteo Mountain runs along the north of the Meizou Region. Filled with plenty of man made paths and tunnels.

    • Meizou Grotto
      • Although many people believe Meizou Grotto to be a legend, many researchers have searched ever since the beginning of time to locate this underground cavern said to be located near the core of the planet. A gigantic underground cave that is composed of a magma region and a aqueous region.

    • Rock Bottom Basin
      • A large depression in the land that leads to Victory Road and the Pokemon League.

    • Star Gazer Plains
      • Star Gazer Plains is a large grassy area with nothing to block out the glow of those night time stars.

    • Zenith Catacombs
      • Ghosts and grieving trainers are found here. The tunnels lead deep under the city. Archeologists are currently digging to see where the latest tunnel leads, presumed the other side of the region.
