So yesterday i got a level 61 mamoswine from GTS...
So what? you say?
Well i have come to believe it is hacked...
Actually i know its hacked... Look here;

My guess is that someone has used a naughty machine to catch this from the battle tower.
My main question is; Why on earth are all the IV's 24?
Do they give all the pokes better and better IV's as you build your way through the Battle tower?

That's interesting... Maybe the person hacked the IV's too, and 24 just happens to be his fave number. I doubt it though, so maybe yeah, they do get better IV's as you battle more.

I wouldn't be surprised. Have you noticed how the pokes get better as you go on in the battle tower? I'm nearly 100% sure that half of their reason for being better is their IVs (the other half of it is good moves/EVs).

yup. as u go higher im sure they might be EV trained as well
adding with better IVs and movesets

That is Candice's Mamoswine from the Battleground in the Survival area where you can challenge the gym leaders. I have read reports of various pokemon from the gym leaders showing up on the GTS. There is no legit way to capture another trainers pokemon, so it was definitely caught using a hacking device.

*sigh* Sometimes I wonder if you mods and important people have an automated reply for things like this. We knew that it was hacked, but we were wondering about wether those IVs were hacked, or if the IVs on battle tower pokemon are all like that or if they go up the higher your streak is.

It can't be determined from this since this pokemon didn't come from the battle tower. It came from the survival area.

I see what you mean Denis. But with that in place, i guess it makes it plausable that they probably do the same thing in the battle tower etc.
