I didn't read any of the info because it's the morning and I'm tired, but I'd have to say it's hacked on the basis that it was traded for a bidoof

Everything else looks good though, so i'll let others decide

Looks good to me. It seems like a normal Japanese Platinum Palkia. Although unless he had a bunch more, I doubt someone would give it away for a BIDOOF!!! THAT'S JUST PLAIN CRAZY!!! You found a good deal Jeff... Lucky.

The stats show that it's not hacked. But for a bidoof, I'd most likely call it a clone. No clue why anyone would put it up for a bidoof...

Perhaps someone was giving up on their game and wanted to give away all of their Pokés.
Also, I don't see why anyone would clone that. (Also, if they were cloning it they wouldn't have asked for a Bidoof.)
