I got my HeartGold at a local Toys R Us store. I got some nice free stuff, including the guidebook due to being a finalist at the tournament there.

Yeah, looks fine to me. Date seems off, but due to the time difference from Japan when it started the event and where it this Mew was obtained through the Japanese cart, it's legit.

Man Empoleon67, that was a really close match. In the end, if I used CM instead of SB, I would've survived your next Poke's hit and very likely win the match. Very gg there.

To add to that, they have to be bred in Gen IV (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum). You sadly can't breed them in Gen III (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed and LeafGreen) and use them to get the shiny badge.

Yeah, my second Pokemon probably would have survived that hit and KOd your Pokemon. Ah well, lol.

You mean as additional egg moves? Look at the change from G/S to Crystal. New breeding tactics? R/S/FR/LG to Emerald. I don't see why the can't do that here.

We can't use anything from HG/SS at all. Even if we import Pokemon we had in Pearl, and trade them to HG without changes, that is still not allowed. So we have to wait til Spring or whatever.

You can get shinies in both Colosseum and XD with the same 1 in 8192 (or whatever) chance as normal. Only shiny Shadow Pokemon I got were: Sudowoodo from Colosseum and Swellow from XD.

Salac and Petaya berries are unobtainable in Emerald. And if there are, I never found any.

A lot of the 4th gen ideads (Synchronizing, Pick Up, Everstone w/ breeding, etc.) were introduced in Emerald. Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, and LeafGreen were before Emerald, so they don't have those same...

I thought this Pokemon was awesome back in Gens I and II (Curse plus that move can be nasty, though Curse really isn't really needed for SD), and I was hoping that it would be available in Gen IV.
