Pokémon considered by some to be too strong for standard play and thus have their own tier. Their use is restricted solely to Uber designated battles. None of these Pokémon are to be used in PokéFarm's Gym Battles.
Pokémon are commonly found and considered by some to be the strongest in regular play. Should not be used in UU battles. Please note: There are several Legendary Pokemon found in this tier - These are still not allowed in the Gym battles, though other battling such as the EPFL may support the use of them. They are notated in Bold text.
Pokémon are considered to be too strong for the Under-Used tier and may be found in some Over-Used battles. They are classified as Border-Line because they simply do not have the capacity to compete in solid OU consistently. Please note: There are several Legendary Pokemon found in this tier - These are still not allowed in the Gym battles, though other battling on Pokefarm may support the use of them. They are notated in Bold text.
Under-used Pokémon have low to OK stats, abilities, and move pools, but lack the over strength to compete against the tiers above. That does not mean you can't use them in above tier battles, but they may not perform as well.
