With 70/105/105 defenses and only one weakness, Escavalier makes an excellent Tank in UU. And let's not forget that beautiful 135 Attack. In UU, Escavalier is truly his own 'mon.

With only one weakness, it'll be simple to switch this Tank in on your opponent. Predict his switch if possible, or Toxic the incoming foe. Protect allows for residual damage from Toxic and Sandstorm (is possible) and also gives Escavalier a free turn of Leftovers healing. STAB Iron Head and X-Scissor backed by a 135 Attack is a great combination in UU for doing major damage.
